Whatever happened to the lazy part of the Lazy, Hazy, Crazy Days of Summer? So far, this summer has plenty of hazy and crazy, but the "lazy"? Not so much.
Vacation Bible School: a week of high energy, fun, games, and the love of Jesus shared with children and their families.
The weather was "cooperative" meaning no rain, but the temperatures were in the mid and upper 90's each day. Thank goodness for refreshments, water games, and a delightfully air-conditioned building!
A little imagination during Family Night celebration, had me wishing, just for a moment, that the confetti was real snow! (Just a little snow..... in June..... in Memphis ....now that would be truly extra-outrageous!)
